I am a native of Hampton Roads and have watched the area transform into what it is today. As a local, I have friends and family spread out all over Hampton Roads that I deal with on a daily basis and it's not uncommon for me to see someone wherever I may go. This type of connection keeps me in the loop of what's happening in our area whether it be residential or commercial developments, changes in laws, or as simple as a new trendy restaurant that has just opened. Though I've been here most of my life, my wife and I have be blessed to be able to travel the world exploring other cultures and traditions. We even spent a few years living outside of Denver just to experience a change. When it was all said and done, we came back to Hampton Roads as we knew that's where we wanted to set our roots and one day raise our family.
Before I was a Real Estate Agent, I experienced every type of Real Estate transaction possible; Foreclosures, Short Sales, Cash deals, even Owner-Financed deals. I have over 16 years experience as a Real Estate Investor and Landlord and from that experience I decided to move forward with Real Estate full-time. You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to help you find the right home at the right price for you; including all amenities and neighborhoods that matter to you. I'm not just another agent who will flood your email with listed homes that don't interest you; I screen all homes before they are sent to you so that you are receiving only homes that fit the criteria of your ideal dream home or investment.
I know Hampton Roads is a very transient area; remember I grew up here! I also understand that though you're going to rent your house, it's still your home! You need someone who knows the area, has extensive experience with Property Management, and can screen potential tenants to keep your property occupied, damage free, and keep the rent checks coming.
